Well
mashed avocado pulp with the basics: garlic, citrus,
and salt.
Ours
are cooked with minced garlic then mashed. We add
just enough kosher salt to bring out the sweetness.
Whipped
tofu with our fresh ingredients. Changes throughout
the week!
Our
other vegetable options are: spinach,
lettuce, Erin's
corn salsa, green chiles,
cilantro, onions,
green peppers, and jalapeños.
